What is the return policy?
You are welcome to return your order for any reason within 30 days of purchase as long as it is unused and in original packaging. If you have any problems with your alarms please contact us and we will replace if necessary under warranty.

Delivery time & cost
All orders are dispatched within 2 working days of ordering, Monday to Friday, from our warehouse in Central Scotland.
All orders are dispatched via Royal Mail 24 for free. Most orders will arrive next day but can take up to 5 days if there are delays or issues with the network.

How to install
Fitting our alarms is a simple job and does not require any tools. Simply follow the quick start guide included with the alarms to turn them on and pair together. Test one alarm to make sure that all others go off also. Then fit each alarm in the home to the ceiling using the 3m adhesive pad we include or the fixing screws included. Test again to make sure that each alarm is still paired and working.
How long will my alarms last?
Our alarms are powered by a sealed 10 year life span lithium battery. On each alarm will be a replace by date which is 10 years from the date of manufacture. Please note that you will get at least 10 years from the time of turning on the alarm and in most cases the alarms will work beyond this date. The alarm will signal to you when the battery is almost depleted by doing a short beep every 40 seconds and will stop working within a month of this which is when you should replace.
